The auction begins Saturday, August 22nd at 10:00 AM and features three separate real estate offerings, including the auction-site property at 138 Lovers Lane, along with an outstanding selection of personal property. AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 10% down payment is due at contract signing, with a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid to determine the total contract price. Closing will occur within 30 days of court approval. Homes were built prior to 1978; buyers have the right to conduct a lead-based paint inspection, and the seller will not cure any issues found. All real estate is sold as-is, where-is. All personal property is being sold as-is. Additional terms and conditions will be available on the day of the auction. Firearms are subject to a background check.
